Region Committee

The members of the Central Region Venturing Committee are approved by their council, reviewed by the Central Region Staff Advisor, and appointed by the Central Region Venturing Chair.  Area Venturing Chairs are also reviewed by the Area Director before appointment by the Central Region Venturing Chair.  Each committee member has a specific job description and serves at the pleasure of the Regional Venturing Chair and Staff Advisor.  Some members of the Central Region Venturing Committee may also be member of area, regional, and national committees that serve Sea Scouting and Venturing.
